Before anything gets made, I help define what we're making and why. I work with brands, networks, and creative teams to clarify the goal, identify the audience, and shape a concept that is both culturally resonant and executable within the project's scope.

I translate the concept into a clear visual language. That includes references, palette, lighting direction, wardrobe tone, and set or location feel, so every creative collaborator on the project is working toward the same visual outcome before the shoot begins.

I identify and bring in the right creative talent for each project. That includes photographers, videographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, set designers, and editors. I build teams that fit the creative vision, the budget reality, and the specific demands of the shoot.

On set, I lead the creative flow, make real-time decisions on lighting, framing, and performance, keep the day moving on schedule, and make sure every shot on the list gets made without losing the spontaneity that produces the best work.

I have extensive experience working with high-profile talent including celebrities, recording artists, athletes, and on-screen talent. I know how to create an environment where talent feels comfortable, prepared, and creatively engaged, which directly impacts the quality of the final images.

My involvement does not end when the shoot wraps. I oversee the editing and retouching process, provide creative direction on selects, and make sure the final images and footage stay true to the original visual direction through every stage of post.
